Thanks to the information provided by Mr Wong Kan Seng,

we know someone may be charged for Cyber-bully for

1. Cyber-bully, the phenomenon resulted in threatening, harassing, embarrassing or isolating him.

(a)Leaving comment which may not be true against Alton.

2. Using of mediums of e-mails, blogs, postings on websites, instant messages or text messages to abuse Alton.
(a) (http://altonfanclub.blogspot.com - now deleted.)

(b) emails to Alton regarding 'lawsuit' which lack substantial evidences against him for his 'charges'.


3. A person (the first person ) commits an offence if:

(a) personal information that relates to an individual is disclosed to the first person because of the operation of this Part; and

(b) the first person subsequently discloses the personal information; and

(c) the first person is not responsible for the individual

Alton did not disclose information of defendant. I.E important information regarding defendant were censored away.

3. Charges should not be diverted.
Compensation will be claimed by Plaintiff from defendant.
