It have been such a long long time since I last went back my alma mater.

I remember how nasty I was when it comes to discipline the sections and the band members.
Discouraging them like nobody's business and make them realise how bad they actually were.
Presently, I saw many other juniors I reprimanded before take on the similar roles in criticising the juniors. Irony.
