was quite dejected that it's going to have pourdown soon.
Supposedly wanted to go for a jog, to lose weight and train up
my stamina. But looking at the sky, it's better for me to
eradicate the thought of jogging.

So right now I am surfing the net, researching on the way to
hot body.(typical RP students)
was google-ing and
extreme fat loss caught my attention.
I know it's a whole large chunks of words over there but still, I read on.
the gist of everything is actually,
try not to go on a diet.
because calories in < calories out.
the reduced of your food intake will affect your
metabolism rate. And you all know that, people
with high metabolism rate are those irritating skinny
people.
Or you can try the tabata method.
1.Pick a compound, multi-joint exercise that uses as many muscles as possible.
2.Perform as many reps as you can for 20 seconds. (Shoot for 8-10).
3.Rest for 10 seconds.
4.Repeat 7 times for a total of eight sets.

I'd love to try, but I think my family will think I'm
crazy. Oh well...
anyway, I realised I havent been posting the pictures of myself
on my blog since I last cut my hair.
And I managed to snap a few pictures of me while webcaming
with my 'cow son'. It looks nice on my phone but not here.
so for those who miss me...
