Woohooohooo!

Body aching now! It's a good sign, I finally get to burn my united six pacs!
It was tough, team 1, 2 & 3 started off with running 7.4km. I thought I
couldn't make it dued to the fact that, I stayed in band for such a long time
that I didn't have the chance to do exercising. Despite that, I managed to
outshine others fitter-looking guys behind. Top few runners! Worth giving
myself a big hug!

After the running, it was like heaven after hell. I keep going to the toilet
to hydrate myself just in case I faint after that. Soon, we got ready for
learning the paddling! It rocks! I love myself being in the water! ><"

we have to return hell after that! 110 sit ups, 90 push ups, and while we are doing the
32 pulls up, the other teams have to be in their pumping position. And after we
did the pull up we have to do the same too. hold there for like 20minutes!

Argh, it is definitely tough! the latter part of the training was tragic for me! sit ups I cheated.
Pushups I merely did a few only! Blame me for not training my weak arms. Thank god,
pullups are aided by your teammates else, I only manage to do 3 standard one.

We ended the training with tug-o-war! I was freaking tired by then so when my team have to vesus other team, I practically pull with all my might and yes, the people in front of me must be
wondering why is there a crazy guy in db who "KNNCCB" when pulling the rope.

woot. next time when gonna punch someone hard, say KNNCCB. he will land in hospital i can assure that.

afterall, it is great, having to sweat all out for DB. feeling lighter now~ hopefully i have the motivation to carry on for Monday's training. God bless.
