now my hands are like chicken wings. must be the dragonboat training, too
tough that I exercise my whole body too vigorous that it is aching. in retrospect,
it feels good. I love the aching, the aftermath of exercising is good.

Dad helped to massage my hands, he rub it with some cold analgesic gel!
Woot, i love the sensation. damn shiok.

I want new changes in life, you have to learn new things, new things, new things
in order to live your life to the fullest. I don't want to waste my three years in poly
just in band. I'd have join NAFA if I want to be stuck in this band scene lah.
