Once you're eighteen, you're no longer a kid, your Mom or Dad won't be there to feed you, dress you up and what's not.

I still remember a decade years ago, my Mom used to register for my nusery just underneath my block of flat. Same goes for Primary School. Secondary School days? She was only there to do all the payment for my uniform and books. Now? When I enter polytechnic? Both of them are gone!

Argh! Guess tomorrow I'll be going to do all the registration all by my own, without my parents with me. Interesting can. And Mom just gave me $2,100.

At first she was asking me, how much do I need for everything, then I said I don't know. And because of this, I nearly got into a quarrel with her. Initially she said she'll be giving me $3,000 for the registration (inclusive of Laptop). Then the other day, I called Mom up to inform her about all fees and whatever, she said Dad isnt that happy and he insist me of using the fujitsu laptop I got at home.

I straightaway said "no". Taking that three year-old laggy laptop into consideration, I guess I'll suffer the three years using it. Hence, I explained to my Mom, then she said "tell papa instead".

"AIYAH! Dont study liao!" I added

Roar, until Mom asked me how much I need just now, without hesitation I said $2,100 lo! Kinda regretted it now because I miscalculated. Wanted to get the $1,974 acer laptop but after thinking, I still have the enrolment fee to pay as well. So $2,100 won't be enough.

Now I've to get a cheaper one instead. $1,659. Yeah, many told me to get that instead of the previous one as the latter is already will work equally good just that the more expensive one will be faster.

But the problem is, I didnt expect my Mom to give me the money so instantly! You know when I said I need $2,100 she straightaway hand me 45 $50 notes. Madness!

The saleperson of the laptop will be thinking where did I get so many$50 notes when I make the payment tomorrow.
